We offer manpower recruitment, career consultancy, and overseas employment assistance. Our services are subject to eligibility, verification, and client demand.
2. User Responsibility
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
- You shall not misuse or misrepresent documents submitted for job applications.
- You are responsible for attending scheduled interviews and medicals as informed.
3. Agency Role
We act as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. Final hiring decisions, employment contracts, and salary negotiations are handled by the employer.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- Any service fees (if applicable) will be communicated in writing.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be provided based on specific service terms agreed during registration
- No refunds for candidate withdrawal or disqualification due to false documents or misconduct.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Employer decisions or rejection
- Delays due to visa processing or travel restrictions
- Losses incurred by third-party service providers
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Madurai courts.
